Pontus Falk

Pontus is a European qualified patent attorney with over 10 years’ experience of working with a range of clients from start-ups to large, international enterprises with a focus on drafting, prosecution, and IP strategy.

His technical expertise covers a range of applied physics, semiconductor processing, X-ray generation, battery manufacturing, eye tracking, and medical implant technology.

At Pontus’ previous firm AWA, he managed relationships with several major clients active in the battery manufacturing industry, the electronics industry, and the plastic packaging solutions industry. Pontus was also seconded to work as interim head of IP at a major client in the electronics industry.

While at AWA Pontus managed a team of 10 attorneys and paralegals and was a member of the regional management team.

Pontus holds a Master’s degree in Applied Physics with a specialization in materials science and engineering. His thesis focused on surface chemistry and tribology at the Institute for Surface Chemistry (now RISE Research Institutes of Sweden).
