Rasmus is a Swedish and European qualified patent attorney with over 15 years’ experience dealing with patents in electronics and mechanical fields, including telecommunications, computer implemented inventions, wind power, vehicle technology, medical devices, surgical tools and implants, with a focus on drafting, prosecution, and IP strategy. His clients range from SMEs to large, international enterprises.
Before entering private practice in 2013 Rasmus worked as an inhouse patent attorney at Suzlon Technology Group in Germany supporting the company’s R&D departments in Germany, Denmark, and India with invention harvesting, patent drafting, prosecution and portfolio management.
Rasmus has also worked as an Examiner at the Swedish Patent Office. Having worked as an examiner and an inhouse patent attorney before private practice, has given him a balanced view and understanding of the challenges faced in the different practice areas, which is highly appreciated by his clients.
Rasmus holds a Master of Science in Vehicle Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
