Iris Buckley

Iris joined EIP as a Patent Scientist after gaining a First-Class degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham.

As part of her international study, she spent her third year studying Physics in French at Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse. For her final year project, she investigated the quantum phenomena of Bose-Einstein condensation via laser cooling and the construction of a magneto-optical trap. Aside from physics, she holds a firm interest in Artificial Intelligence and has authored an essay about its influence on Physics as part of her Physics Critique module.
