Jared is a Registered U.S. Patent Attorney based in EIP’s office in Denver. With more than 10 years in IP, Jared has gained experience in drafting and prosecuting patent and applications in a wide range of technology areas.
With a background in biology, Jared specialises in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, and mechanical related inventions. Jared has worked for a variety of law firms including international law firms and private companies. His experience includes advising clients regarding numerous IP issues and managing the worldwide patent portfolios for life sciences and biotechnology companies.
In addition to his patent work, Jared has drafted and prosecuted trademark applications and has advised on trademark registrability issues.
Jared graduated with a Bachelor of Art Biology from Colorado College specializing in Molecular Biology, before gaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
